A constituent unit of NAC (Other units are CTTI,CISC,CMRI,IAD,HDI,TITI)
Builders Association of India (All India Association of Engineering Construction Contractors) having established in the year 1941 with its head office at Mumbai, with 105 centers all over India. It is also associated with IFAWAPCA (International Federation of Asia West Asia Pacific Contractors Association).
Builders Association of India, A.P Centre was established in the year 1954 as a Hyderabad Chapter of BAI and became A.P Centre in the year 1956 after Andhra Pradesh formation and it is recognized as a voice of construction industry by Central, State and quasi government and private enterprises. BAI stands for equity for contractors and promotes feelings of unity, co-operation, and mutual help amongst Builders. In the year 1998 it established National Academy of Construction with the co-operation of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh to serve the construction Industry and also funding the National Academy of Construction.
BAI A.P. Centre has also established CDI a constituent unit of NAC and parenting the same.

An apex body for the Construction industry
National Academy of Construction is a charitable trust established by Government of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, in collaboration with Builders Association of India, AP Center. Honourable chief minister of Andhra Pradesh is the Chairman of NAC. NAC consists of seven constituent units under the same umbrella on a beautiful sprawling complex spread over 167 acres at Cyberabad, Kondapur, Hyderabad. The units actively functioning under NAC are; CTTI, CISC, CDI, CMRI, IAD, HDI and TITI. NICMAR is also located within the campus. |

| HITEX- Asia's biggest industrial expo is another land mark in the premises NACEIL NAC Infrastructure Equipment Bank Limited is established as an Construction Industry through mechanization. NAC organizes Conferences, Exhibitions and Seminars from time to time for the benefit of Construction Industry. |

CTTI (Construction Technicians' Training Institute)

Extends training in Construction Trades like General Works Supervision, Store Keeper - Technical, Basics of Computers - MS Office, Land Survey, Digital Architecture, Architect aids, Masonry, Bar-Bending, Foam work Carpentry, Excavation Machine Operator, Plumbing and Sanitation and Electrical House Wiring. |

| The BAI - AP centre at Hyderabad manages 7 centers in the state situated at Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Medak, Karimnagar, Warangal, Nalgonda and Hyderabad. BAI supports and recognizes equity for contractors builders, promoters and developers and sincerely promotes feelings of unity, co-operation and mutual help amongst the members. BAI canvasses work ethics and quality in construction works. BAI is always conscious of Quality.. |
