The Methodology:

CDI believes and trains the candidates in a participative way. The tools of Training include small group discussions on covered contents and Case studies. Presentations and slide shows etc. are so designed that they will make the candidate think on each and every point.CDI arranges panel discussions with experts occassionally.Every course includes pre, Current and post training evaluation of the candidates. The curriculum may include practical orientation sessions wherever relevant .During long term courses, fresher are attached to reputed firms for imparting field knowledge. Holistic training methods are adopted.

The Evaluation:

At the end of the programme candidates are subjected to undergo a written test to evaluate their levels of comprehension. Candidates who come out with the prescribed marks are declared successful and certificates signed by NAC and CDI jointly are issued. Candidates who are partly successful will be allowed to appear for the subject again at a later stage in order to become eligible for certification. Candidates who fail in all subjects will be enrolled again in future programmers with a confessional fees as decided by the CDI management.
